Our beaches and the Little St. Germain Lake offer:

	Swimming and sunbathing along 300 feet of sandy beaches
	Private paved boat ramp making it faster and easier to get you onto the water
	Private storage shed at the water's edge
	We also make available to our guests our pontoon boat, motors, and extra fishing boats at reasonable rates

Our completely modern housekeeping cottages offer the comforts of home in a private wooded environment along 800 feet of lakefront with a picturesque view of Little St. Germain Lake. Our units feature:

	Two and three bedroom units
	Fireplace in most units
	20" Remote Color Television in every unit
	Microwaves and 10 cup automatic drip coffee makers in every unit
	All cooking utensils, pots, pans and dishes provided
	Full size refrigerator/freezer and gas stove
	Bed linens and all cooking utensils, pans and dishes provided
	Units have either shower stall or shower/tub combination
	All units have either full or queen size beds or a combination of both. Bed linens are provided.
	Each cottage has a gas grill and outdoor deck
	14' fishing boat included with your cottage rental
	Some units are handicap accessible
	Some cottages are open year round
