A deposit of 40% of the base rate per week, is required with reservation
Reservations for partial week require a one night's deposit upon making reservation

Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday Only
Visa, MasterCard And Personal Checks Accepted
Summer check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out is 9:00 am
Spring/Fall check-in is 2:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am
Winter check-in is 2:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am
Deposits are refunded only if cancellations are refilled
A $25.00 office charge will be applied to all cancellations
